INFORMATION REGARDING VISA APPLICATION
REQUIREMENTS:
- The application visa request form must be typed or handwritten in block letter style and signed by applicant. (No question should be omitted)
The original visa request form and original Passport must be submitted after there is approval from Consular Division, Min. Foreign Affairs of Suriname
The validity of the Passport should be at least six months after the date of arrival in the Republic of Suriname.
- Original and Photocopy Passport with personal particulars
- Copy of Identity Card (KTP) Indonesian Citizen
- Copy of Flight reservation
- Copy of Hotel reservation
- One recent Colour Photograph (3x4cm), light blue background
- For children under 18 years, parental written approval of parent(s) is required
- Guarantee Letter/Invitation Letter from host in Suriname
- Health certificate
- Travel insurance
- All Visa have to be collected in person, Exceptions are made in extreme cases. Incase collecting of the Visa by third person the following documents are required:
- Request made to/Approved by Embassy
- On day of collecting;
- Letter of Authority
- Copy ID person authorizing

PAYMENTS:
Deposits should only be made after specific instruction from the Embassy. In the event of unauthorized deposit where visa is not approved, the Embassy will not be able to return already made deposits in Embassy account.
Bank deposit slip should be submitted when collecting visa at the Embassy
